About the Role

M Moser Associates is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Australia office remotely. This role plays an integral part in driving business development efforts, managing proposals, and creating impactful marketing materials that reflect the firm’s design excellence and global reach.

You will collaborate closely with regional and global teams to deliver compelling communications that support our growth in the Oceanic market. As part of our commitment to fostering a connected and engaged team, this role includes an annual offsite team-building trip to Australia—a unique opportunity to connect in person, strengthen collaboration, and experience the region’s dynamic project landscape.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end proposal and RFP processes, including requirements analysis, content coordination, and timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Craft strategically structured proposals using compelling narratives, impactful visuals, and creative layouts to drive client engagement.
  • Support business development by tracking leads, managing client data, and generating insights through platforms like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop tailored marketing materials such as capability statements, presentations, and brochures aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Coordinate media efforts, including project photography and videography, to showcase design work and reinforce brand presence.
  • Provide support for additional tasks and coordination duties as required.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is also highly valued.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, or business development support—preferably within the design, architecture, or professional services industries.
  • Experience with CRM and data platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive mindset, collaborative attitude, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. A friendly personality and good sense of humor are always appreciated!
