説明

The principal function will be to build and execute all outbound lead generative and nurture programme email marketing. We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our client's email marketing initiatives internally. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, focusing on data sourcing, sales funnel optimisation, and campaign execution.


This role is primarily project management-oriented, requiring a candidate who can effectively manage resources, implement technology solutions, and leverage analytical insights to drive results. The successful candidate will not be responsible for writing copy but must possess the ability to assess and guide the development of compelling messaging that aligns with our brand's voice across various businesses.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies designed to drive leads through the sales funnel, nurturing existing contacts and converting them into customers.
  • Oversee and optimise email marketing tools (e.g., MailerLite, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and implement automation workflows tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
  • Maximise deliverability and engagement by employing data verification and warm-up strategies.
  • Analyse campaign performance using A/B testing and other methodologies, making data-driven adjustments to enhance funnel conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners on content generation and list management, providing insights on effective copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Extensive experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and data analysis techniques specific to email marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Proficient in managing data lists, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective customer journeys through automated workflows.
  • Project Management proficiency, preferably using ClickUp or similar tools, to manage campaigns and track progress.
  • Ability to report on key metrics and identify areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable strategies to enhance email marketing efforts.

  • Proven experience in Email Marketing Management, with a specific focus on sales funnel development and optimisation.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand voice.
  • A high degree of English proficiency, with a minimum of 100 on TOEFL or 7 on IELTS.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment.
