Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in project management and marketing. Preferably B2B Marketing. This role will lead marketing initiatives that grow our brand presence, support our sales teams, and strengthen our position in the sustainable technology market.

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, with a focus on Delta Accounts and partner channels.
• Manage end-to-end marketing projects — from planning to execution and reporting.
• Drive digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and project teams to align marketing goals.
• Oversee brand messaging and ensure excellent communication across all platforms.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in B2B marketing and project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing tools, and reporting platforms.
