JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create and deliver a range of product training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options.
• Assist the training team in developing training programs and materials.
• Prepare spiels for Promoter use during new product launch, sales and promotions, and other events. 
• Prepare training progress report and end of training result per training.
• Conduct knowledge and standards audits for all Promoters nationwide.
• Assist the team in creating assessment/audit requirements such as memo creation, audit forms development, audit schedule and targets, or any other support needed.
• Conduct audit progress report and end of audit report per audit.
  
   

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• With 2-3 years of Training Related experience
• Head Office Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good Presentation Skills
• Good Communication Skills
