JOB SUMMARY:
Registration Associate prepares and processes the documents of all fully paid buyers including near full payment accounts that are qualified for title transfers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate with a degree in Business Administration/Management or other related courses
- With at least 1 year of related work experience
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and processes the documents/folders (based on the approved checklist) of all fully paid accounts including near full payment that are qualified for title transfer in timely manner.
- Ensures the correctness and completeness of documents and requirements inside the docket prior endorsement to outsourcing service provider.
- Facilitates and coordinates concerns and requests by either 1) processing requests related to Title Transfer, 2) liaising with internal and external customers and business partners, or 3) providing readily-available feedback during walk-in servicing and incoming calls.
- Monitors accounts with pending/lacking documents and requirements and ensures the timely endorsement to outsourcing service provider upon completion.
- Monitors all buyers' and internal requests and complaints resolutions.
- Ensures that all documents in custody are secured and handled with confidentiality in accordance to Data Privacy Act.
- Expected to support activities that Team Leader and/or Department Head assign within one's capacity.
- Maintains a professional image that is representative of FLI's quality service.
