Job Title: Recruitment Assistant (Land-Based)

Location: Makati City, Philippines

Job Summary:

Supply Oilfield Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant with experience in land-based recruitment, preferably from a Philippine recruitment agency. The successful candidate will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and processing candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates for land-based positions through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruitment officers or hiring managers.
  • Documentation & Processing:
  • Prepare and manage the documentation required for candidate applications, including resumes, application forms, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure all candidate records are accurately maintained and updated in the recruitment database or applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in the processing of pre-employment requirements such as background checks, medical clearances, and other necessary verifications.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs, interviews, and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Client & Candidate Interaction:
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with updates on their application status and addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing timely and accurate information regarding recruitment processes.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with POEA regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activities, including the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Recruitment Assistant, preferably within a Philippine recruitment agency.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with POEA regulations and labor laws is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
