Opening Job Opportunity: Sales Engineer (Location: Cebu)

We currently have an opening for a Sales Engineer. As part of this role, you will be responsible for sales and customer relationships for the products and services within your assigned accounts and territories. Your responsibilities will include

 

What You Will Do

  • Drive sales initiatives to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for product sales and after-sales services.
  • Increase revenue from existing customers while also acquiring new customers.
  • Identify, develop, and follow up on projects and opportunities within the market.
  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide market insights on customer activities, projects, and sales forecasts to management. 
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, addressing their business needs and nurturing key relationships. 
  • Coordinate relevant business and service activities to ensure seamless execution and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest of Market developments, including updates in customer businesses trend, and acquire pertinent knowledge about competitor products.

 

 

What You Must Have

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or any related engineering field.
  • Able to communicate in Cebuano Language.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as sales engineer.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, with a strong team player mentality, eagerness to learn, and proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates assertiveness and good presentation skills.
  • Possess your own transportation (with valid driving license).
  • Proficient in both spoken and written communication in English.
  • Resident or willing to be relocated in Cebu.

 

What Nice to Have

  • Experience in equipment or sub-system sales within the semiconductor, process, or industrial sectors would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Vacuum Process, Blower, Compressed Air Process, Gas Analyzer, and Industrial Chiller / Precision Chiller is desirable.
  • Candidates with a background in specific technical fields who are interested in exploring a career in sales will also be considered.
