Secure new customers for the company’s logistics services.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Conduct telemarketing and outdoor sales activities to explore business opportunities.
Submit weekly sales reports detailing daily movements and overall sales performance.
Attend weekly sales meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets in alignment with the company's business plan.
Prepare quotations, tenders, bidding documents, RFQs, and RFIs as requested by customers.
Address customer service requirements and concerns in a timely manner.
Coordinate with FMGLPI Operations regarding inquiries and booking processing.
Compile and submit accurate and timely sales reports as requested.
Manage and control accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or any related course.
At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the logistics industry.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven people management and leadership abilities.
Knows how to drive and has a valid driver's license.
