The ideal candidate will focus on leading the team, implementing systems for tracking customer concerns, ensuring efficient job order management, and driving technical excellence through training and spare parts management. 


Job description:

  • Responsible for leading and managing the team of Service Technicians and ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and cultivating solid customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing personalized service solutions.
  • Developing and executing service strategies to enhance customer experience and meet service objectives.
  • Keep track of service metrics and analyzing customer reports and concerns to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Hiring, training and mentoring Technicians and fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.


芁件

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical aftersales management or a similar role. 
  • Proficiency in inventory and job order management software is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in achieving operational excellence. 
  • With good communication skills
  • Possess a positive and open attitude with genuine passion for people.
  • The position requires interaction across several departments and functions.
  • With excellent people-management skills.
