Job Title: Total Rewards Manager

Location: BGC Support Center

Role Overview


The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for providing support in the development of the organization’s compensation & benefits programs and policies. The Total Rewards Manager provides support in assuring that these programs and policies are scaled across different workforces and administered consistently in line with the organization’s goals, global guidelines, and government regulations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Helps develop overall strategy in compensation & benefits programs, policies and procedures in collaboration with Total Rewards team and internal stakeholders. This includes defining the compensation matrix, pay scale and structure.
  • Provides expert advise on Total Rewards to Business Partners and Key Stakeholders.
  • Oversees alignment of implementation and administration of total rewards programs, policies and procedures in compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation best practices, trends and organizations goals.
  • Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure compensation objectives are achieved.
  • Resolves compensation design and implementation issues.
  • Conducts Job Evaluation activities.
  • Serves as primary compensation advisor to business leaders and senior management on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards (End-to-End Compensation Cycle, Market Survey, Job Evaluation, Salary Structure) is required
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related fields is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Data Reporting is preferred
  • Exposure to an FMCG/Supply Chain industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills is a plus
