We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Trailer Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods and materials using a tractor-trailer or semi-truck, primarily across various locations in Metro Manila and Luzon. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations and requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations.

• Safely transport goods: Drive tractor-trailers to deliver materials to their destinations.
• Ensure vehicle readiness: Conduct thorough inspections before and after trips, promptly reporting any issues.
• Secure cargo: Properly load and secure freight for safe transit.
• Optimize routes: Plan efficient driving routes, considering traffic, deadlines, and fuel.
• Maintain compliance: Strictly follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Keep accurate records: Meticulously track mileage, fuel, deliveries, and driver logs.
• Coordinate effectively: Communicate with dispatch, customers, and warehouse staff for smooth operations.
• Perform basic upkeep: Handle minor vehicle maintenance and keep equipment clean.
• Follow safety protocols: Adhere to accident procedures.
• Deliver excellent service: Provide top-notch customer service during all interactions.

• Demonstrated experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a trailer truck driver or in a similar heavy vehicle role.
• Proper licensing: A current Professional Driver's License with the necessary Restriction Codes (1, 2, 3, and 8) for trailer operations.
• Impeccable driving history: A clean record, free from major traffic violations or accidents.
• Educational background: A High School Diploma or Vocational Course graduate; a TESDA NCIII Certification in Driving is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Regulatory understanding: Knowledge of all relevant federal and state regulations pertaining to cargo transportation.
• Drug test compliance: The ability to successfully pass a drug test and comply with mandatory random testing.
• Physical fitness: Excellent physical condition, stamina, and endurance to manage extended periods of driving and occasional loading/unloading tasks.
• Sensory acuity: Good vision and hearing, essential for safe driving and effective communication.
