Key responsibilities


Project Delivery

  • Involved in performing all activities needed to maintain high productivity in employees by ensuring staff optimization
  • Work with various leaders to ensure that objectives related to workforce efficiency, responsibility & targets are set and properly monitored
  • Translate data into meaningful, actionable information where managers and decision makers are empowered to create informed, intelligent decisions
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization


People Management

  • Provide leadership to direct reports by defining work and ensuring deadlines are understood and adhered to and that project objectives are clearly articulated and understood
  • Responsible for effective resource management and attrition control. Motivate and develop group employees through leadership and example, identifying and agreeing learning and development needs as required
  • Manpower planning, mapping of resources & Attrition analysis

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Experience: 5 years and/or above

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate

Skills

  • At least 2 years managing a Workforce Team in a BPO setting, with at least 4 years in WFM
  • Highly analytical
  • Expert in Advanced Excel and Data Analysis
  • COPC/Six Sigma certified preferred but not required
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
