Financial Management: Assisting with household finances, including budgeting, paying bills, and managing investments.
Security: Ensuring the security of the household and its occupants.
Maintenance: Overseeing maintenance and repairs within the household.
Event Planning and Guest Service:
Event Planning: Planning and executing formal dinners, parties, and other events.
Guest Reception: Greeting and assisting guests, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Dining Service: Overseeing dining arrangements, including table setting, serving meals, and managing wine selections.
Personal Service: Providing personal service to the employer and their guests, such as running errands, preparing meals, and assisting with travel arrangements.
Anticipating Needs: Anticipating the needs of the employer and guests, providing proactive and personalized service.
Other Duties:
Communication: Acting as a point of contact for the employer and other household staff.
Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving issues that arise within the household.
Maintaining Standards: Ensuring that the household is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
Discretion and Professionalism: Maintaining discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
Travel Assistance: Assisting with travel arrangements, packing and unpacking luggage, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
