Your Key Contributions:

  • The Customer Retention Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • This role involves leading a team of Relationship Managers, analyzing customer behavior, addressing churn risks, and strengthening client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, customer-centric strategies, and expertise in retention management.


What Makes You a Fit for this Role:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer retention, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience leading a customer-facing team, preferably in the telecommunications or service industry.

  • Expertise in Data Analysis and Reporting- Ability to interpret complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and create reports that drive strategic decision-making in a telecom environment.
  • Strong Retention and Loyalty Strategy Execution- Experience in developing and implementing customer retention programs that enhance subscriber engagement and reduce churn.
  • Deep Understanding of Market and Customer Behavior- Skilled in analyzing consumer trends, usage patterns, and competitor movements to optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.
