Fully responsible for the management and coordination of multiple Web3 development projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.) to develop project plans, break down project tasks, and oversee implementation.
Drive and implement agile development processes, making flexible adjustments based on project needs.
Conduct risk management and problem resolution to identify and mitigate potential challenges in the projects.
Responsible for project progress reporting, providing regular updates on project status to management and key stakeholders.
Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a positive team collaboration atmosphere.
Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 10 years of project management experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
Extensive experience in Agile development, familiar with frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with experience managing teams or project members.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
