  1. Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  2. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
  3. Orienting new employees to the organization
  4. Preparing new employee files Maintaining current HR files and databases
  5. Maintaining current HR files and databases
  6. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey, etc.)
  7. Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs promptly. 
  8. Has basic knowledge of Labor Law

  • Job Title: HR Officer/HR Generalist
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Recruiting, Talent Management, and Human Resource Planning.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee candidate screening, performance management, and HR planning.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with possible remote options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
