职位描述

  • Provide administrative support to Management.
  • Draft, proofread, and format contracts, agreements, memos, and legal correspondence.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and track legal deadlines and deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic legal files, ensuring document control and confidentiality.
  • Support contract lifecycle management, including execution, storage, and renewal tracking.
  • Assist in corporate governance matters, such as board resolutions, minutes, and filings.
  • Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Compliance) and external legal counsel.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management regarding ongoing legal matters and risks.
  • Conduct basic legal research and compile findings as needed.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes relevant to company operations.
  • Act as Company representatives

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant in legal setting, or Paralegal.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal terminology.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good in presentation skills and with pleasing personality
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
