day in the life of...

  • Service Delivery - Ensure the flawless and timely execution of the global annual compensation review (full cycle - Budget Request, Review of ABS, Reference Salary, STB, LTI) in your region, whilst ensuring robust communication with CoCs, NiMs, and GMBs and achievement of SLAs. Ensure that all operational issues and escalations are adressed timely. Provide analytical support for salary review and benchmarking.
  • Develop Team Capabilities - Develop a high performing team, through the outline of stretch objectives, regular feeback, robust training and coaching sessions, recognition, shared ownership, motivation and engagement. Continously assess and develop the capabilties of team members to effectively deliver services and drive cost reduction for the services within your region
  • Stake holder Management - Ensure robust communication with the Center of Competence, NBS centers, NiMs, within your region on agreed scope of services, governance processes to achieve of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and KPIs. Guarantee customer satisfaction by acting as an ambassador to lead bold change in an appropriate way and delivering aligned service level.
  • Functional Development - Work as the expert for CoS in a cross functional team of CoC, Nim, and CoS rewards network that enhances the HR contribution to the business. Utilise continuous improvement in HR by looking out for opportunities for competitive advantage by drawing connections between facts and simplifying complex issues
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance in the compensation area, including meeting internal controls as well as external tax, social security and labor lawsMonitors controls and compliance according to guidelines set by national and international audits, coordinate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for learning services under your responsibility.monitoring and improving KPIs and metrics, ensuring compliance and monitoring employee eligibility

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ experience in any field/industry
  • With working knowledge in SAP or MS Applications
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solid business results.
  • Willing to adjust shift schedule as demanded by the business
