Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and handling data entry
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and other documents to track projects, budgets, schedules, forecasting, and various metrics
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Develop and streamline administrative processes to enhance productivity and quality of service
Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring data is accurate and easily accessible
Prepare reports for leadership, leveraging advanced Microsoft Office skills
Assist in event or meeting coordination by scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes
Payroll and workforce experience is a PLUS.
Administrative Coordinator Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in an office setting or working from home providing administrative support
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English as a requirement
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if you have strong relevant experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
Reliable internet connection (minimum of 50 Mbps, hard-wired)
Windows-operated laptop/desktop with i5 processor or better, dual monitors, noise-canceling headset, and a web camera (MAC OS is NOT compatible). This is a non-negotiable requirement.
Must be willing to work on a night shift.
