- Responsible for creating, updating, and managing technical documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to gather information and requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of documentation.
- Maintain documentation standards and guidelines.
- Assist in training staff on documentation tools and processes.
- Support project teams with documentation needs throughout project lifecycle.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in any relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of professional documentation or administrative experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficient encoding abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare, review, and maintain documentation; collaborate with team members; ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills.
