The HR Intern will provide essential support to the Human Resources department, assisting with recruitment, employee engagement events, and employer branding initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR and contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

• Assist with sourcing candidates through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
• Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with background checks and reference checks.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Employee Engagement & Events:

• Assist in planning and coordinating company events and activities.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and materials.
• Create event promotional materials and communications.
• Manage event registrations and RSVPs.
• Provide on-site support during events.

Employer Branding:

• Assist in creating and managing social media content (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Assist in updating company career pages and job postings.
• Conduct research on employer branding best practices.
• Assist in creating employee testimonials and stories.
• Assist with the employee advocacy program.

HR Administration:

• Assist with the Darwinbox system.
• Assist with the employee handbook.
• Assist with the HR ticketing system.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
