Oversee daily production operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage and train production staff.
Monitor production schedules and performance metrics.
Implement continuous improvement strategies.
Prepare production reports for management review.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the payroll processing, verifying time and attendance records, calculating records, calculating deductions, issuing payments
Identify and resolve discrepancies
Generate regular payroll reports for management, including summaries of payroll activity, and other relevant data.

Syarat-syarat

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or relevant role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in system design, with strong project management capabilities, and exceptional planning skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, manage inventory, and implement process improvements.
