The Social Media Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social media advertising campaigns across key platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest) for RRD and its clients. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, qualified traffic, lead generation, and ultimately, measurable return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• 2+ years of hands-on experience running META and TikTok campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, pixel tracking, audiences, and A/B testing
• Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or brand awareness campaigns
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
