Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Phone Screener / Sourcing Associate to join our team in San Juan, Metro Manila. The role will primarily involve conducting phone screening interviews, sourcing and identifying potential candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews for prospective candidates
• Source and identify candidates through various channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in conducting phone interviews and sourcing candidates
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and screening best practices
• Must be able to work on-site in San Juan City, Manila, Philippines
• Available to start ASAP

Salary & Benefits:

• PHP 1,000 per day
• Performance-based commissions and incentives
