Job Summary:
The Accounts Retention Specialist role is crucial to enhancing the efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of our sales process across all verticals. The individual will be part of the Strategic Sales Support Team, a specialized unit responsible for developing sales resources, conducting strategic sales campaigns, generating data-driven insights based on internal and external market data (like trends and advertising landscape), supporting lead generation initiatives, executing client retention and loyalty programs and develop digital strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the standardization of sales materials ensuring alignment across all verticals, facilitating uniform messaging and brand consistency
- Utilize data analysis techniques to generate actionable insights that can influence sales strategy and enhance overall performance
- Plan and execute strategic sales campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality leads for the sales team
- Develop and manage client retention and loyalty programs, continuously evaluating their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed to increase client satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Regularly review and optimize sales processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in training and development sessions to understand the latest sales techniques and industry trends
- Collect, analyze data on established and prospective customers, competitors, marketing channels and other sources
- Prepare reports that interpret consumer behaviors (in Summit and outside), market opportunities and conditions, marketing results, trends and investment levels.
- Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager in recommending revenue opportunities we can share and pitch to clients
- Convert sales data, advertising landscape into actionable insights and recommend specific actions that can be used by the revenue teams.
- Develop new products or tools for the sales team to utilize for sales growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience in leading sales campaigns.
- Prior experience in a strategic role within a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
