  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Monitor and order office supplies.
  • Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate office activities and support daily operational functions.

职位要求

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).
