The Agri Process Engineer will conduct and direct time and motion studies in all Agriculture operations and activities. This role will also identify opportunities to improve overall efficiency and cost savings relative to employees and facilities.  

Qualifications:

• BS in Industrial Engineering or any related field of study
• Relevant experience in Agriculture operations
• Time and Motion Study (TMS) experience is an advantage
• Excellent attention to details and critical in understanding and analyzing business processes
• Collaborative and a team player
• Action and results-oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
