• Perform cold calls, lead generation, prospecting, and pitching to close sales and meet monthly targets.

• Understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and profitability.

• Prepare solution proposals and quotations aligned with customer needs.

• Manage order intake and oversee system deployment at client sites.

• Deliver excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment and customer rapport.

• Support marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.

• Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest consumables, software, and hardware solutions.

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers.

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of proven sales experience.

• Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.

• Knowledge of sales processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Experience in the AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) industry or similar fields such as system integrator or packaging is an advantage.

• Driving skill to visit customer sites
