The Branch Sales Officer plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets for refinancing products within a designated branch. This involves generating leads through various channels, managing walk-in customers, building relationships with partners, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the branch's overall success.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Implement branch sales strategies focused on refinancing products, working towards achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the branch's overall goals. 
  • Generate leads through organic sales activities, such as networking, referrals, and local marketing initiatives. 
  • Manage walk-in customers effectively, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the refinancing process. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with loan consultants and partner dealers to generate leads and drive business development for refinancing products. 
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of refinancing solutions. 
  • Ensure the quality of loan applications by adhering to credit policies and conducting thorough credit worthiness assessments. 
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to refinancing products.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. 

 

Key Requirements: 

  • A bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. 
  • Ability to understand and explain refinancing products and processes effectively. 
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. 
  • Customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive client experience. 
  • Willing to travel for work purposes
