  • Market available commercial spaces
  • Handle inquiries and conduct site viewings for prospective spaces
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements and other related documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure proper lease execution.
  • Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and terminations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants to support renewals and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic recommendations.

职位要求

  • Preferably with experience in leasing properties
  • Familiar with documents and contracts related to leasing
  • Experienced in the leasing department of large malls
  • Has many connections, especially within large malls
