  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Document interactions and update customer records accordingly.
  • Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, strong technical skills.
