职位描述

  • Monitor outstanding premium payments.
  • Send reminders and communicate with clients on overdue accounts.
  • Arrange payment plans when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Admin and Finance for record updates.
  • Minimize delinquencies and improve collections efficiency.


职位要求

  • Experience in collections or accounts receivable preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of finance and billing processes.
