• Develop and maintain financial analyses and models for expansion and other strategic projects.
• Collect and review data from various departments to support investment recovery proposals.
• Support the review and negotiation of contracts related to expansion, acquisition, or financing activities.
• Assist in gathering data to build comprehensive financial models that aid business decisions.
• Contribute to the preparation of toll rate petitions and financial projections.
• Prepare business plans and business case analyses for new projects or initiatives.
• Develop financial models for internal use and external partners (e.g., banks).
• Conduct various ad hoc financial analyses as required.
  
  
  

• Prepare and review management reports and presentation materials for Board meetings.
• Provide periodic analysis and reports on financial and operational performance for executive management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and loan covenant requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of reports to regulatory bodies (e.g., SEC, PDEX, BCDA).
• Manage compliance with reportorial obligations to lenders, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by supervisors.
  
  
  

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in financial analysis, financial modeling, banking, or accounting.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with financial analysis, valuation, and loan compliance.
• Licenses: CPA is required
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
