职位描述

  • Oversee daily customer service operations and team performance
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements
  • Ensure excellent service standards and customer satisfaction

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, digital marketing knowledge.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work, flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic, technical skills, and exceptional people skills.
