We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to better assist customers.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure records are complete and accurate.
  • Follow up on open tickets to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management.
  • Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and quality service.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Open for undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of work experience.
  • At least 6 months of Customer Service Representative experience.
  • Must have handled voice accounts.


Available Work Locations: Alabang, Cubao, Mandaluyong, Taguig

Work set-up: On-site
