The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. The CSR serves as the frontline representative of the company, helping maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record and update customer information in the system with accuracy.


What we're looking for:

  • Open to HS(old curriculum)/SHS grads, college undergraduates and college graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Good communication skills
