  • Plan and execute events from conception to completion.
  • Plan and execute events, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental.
  • Manage budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Oversee event marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event operations.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven experience in event coordination.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, budgeting, Salesforce, event management, MS Excel, and market research skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require evening and weekend hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
