职位描述

  • Greets and welcomes patients; provides information and assistance to the general by phone or in person
  • Schedules reservation of all consultations and treatments
  • Resolves routine problems and complaints of patients before escalating to Branch Manager
  • Completes all required reports and records (e.g. End of Day report) accurately and on schedule; submits to the proper person or office
  • Maintains a clean and neat work space
  • Maintains filing system and manages patient records
  • Processes payments
  • Works with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

职位要求

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any related field
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role is preferred
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Professional and friendly phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and filing
  • Courteous, helpful, and patient when dealing with visitors or clients
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable using office equipment (printers, copiers, phone systems)
  • Neat and presentable, as receptionists are the first point of contact
  • Accurate message taking and information handling
