职位描述

  • Prepares the annual training plan as directed by the HR Manager and management
  • Schedules the annual training calendar and communicated this to all employees and/or related parties
  • Coordinated with the department heads for mandatory training of employees
  • Competency and skills trainings
  • Monitors and reports on the development of each employee's skill level according to the approved competency design
  • Documentation
  • Maintains and monitors the database of training of all employees

职位要求

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in office computer programs
  • Critical thinker and detailed-oriented
  • Excellent in communication and organization skills
