Provide property data, answer inquiries regarding available units, pricing, amenities, and lease terms.
Coordinate property showings, appointments, and events to attract prospective tenants.
Assist with the leasing process by preparing, managing lease applications and rental agreements.
Handle move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all paperwork is complete, accurate, and approved on time.
Ensure lease renewals are processed in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of tenant interactions, expenses, applications, and lease statuses.
Manage and update the property’s rental listings on various platforms.
Assist with marketing efforts, including social media to attract new tenants.
Provide administrative support, including answering phones, emails, and handling inquiries.
Ensure the leasing office is organized and operational, maintaining cleanliness and professionalism.

Some college coursework or a degree in real estate, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in property management, leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred, but not always required.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with potential tenants, existing residents, and team members.
Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants and prospects.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in preparing and processing lease applications, contracts, and property records.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address tenant inquiries or concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs during property showings.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (e.g., office supplies, marketing materials).
