职位描述

  • Liaising to plan, execute, evaluate and accurately document with new product development personnel during menu item trials, first production launches, bulk production, and ingredient revisions.
  • Provides concise handling procedure for Pantry Chefs for menu item handling during catering events.
  • Continuous cost analysis, comparison, and evaluation of existing and new menu items.
  • Evaluates and performs external audit programs identifying ingredient potential through supplier accreditation process, comparison, and savings.
  • Establishes dashboard and tools for product specification, production inventory, and monitoring of finished goods.
  • Collaborates in continuous development of food quality control and FS systems.


职位要求

  • BS Food Technology, Food Science or Nutrition & Dietetics
  • With relevant experience in food manufacturing/hotel business/restaurant
  • Excellent written and oral communication, collaboration & interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical, organized and systematic
  • Proactive and can work effectively in a team
  • Knowledgeable in basic office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Power point)
  • Can start immediately
