ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Create marketing materials, sales tools, and product knowledge.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing).
  • Qualify leads generated
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Prepare of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Marketing Execution & Brand Awareness:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage and execute social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Support customer communication efforts through various channels.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.

职位要求

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of basic sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
