职位描述

  • We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our solar EPC sales team.
  • This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations—from handling customer inquiries to preparing quotations and coordinating with technical teams.
  • You will be the backbone of our sales process, helping turn leads into projects with precision and professionalism.

职位要求

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Manage customer records, sales pipeline updates, and documentation through CRM systems
  • Coordinate appointments, site visits, and technical evaluations with clients and engineers
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media, and escalate when necessary
  • Monitor the progress of sales leads and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal meetings
  • Maintain updated knowledge of solar products, pricing, and company offerings
  • Support post-sale coordination between sales, engineering, and operations teams
