职位描述

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure the product meets their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and secure orders.
  • Recommend modifications to products to meet customer demands and improve cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues with product usage.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers.


职位要求

  • A graduate in Marketing or Engineering field
  • With at least 3 years of experience in the similar role
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services being sold.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly.
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in selling technical or complex products.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues for customers.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
