Qualifications:
- Preferably have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or any other allied courses.
- Preferably have at least 2-3 years of experience in coordinating role in service oriented company.
- Preferably has familiarity with Shutter Door Installation or fit out company.
We are also accepting fresh graduates but should demonstrate the following skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word , PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills involve both speaking and writing effectively to clearly convey messages, ideas and information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to details and a strong problem solving capabilities.
- May require flexibility to work overtime or weekends during peak production periods.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Plan and coordinate installation jobs for industrial shutter doors at large-scale facilities.
Client & Site Communication
- Act as the liaison between industrial clients (e.g., facilities managers, construction teams) and the service department.
- Provide pre-installation briefings and ensure site readiness before dispatch.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve scheduling conflicts or technical issues quickly.
Technical & Job Documentation
- Create and manage detailed work orders, service reports, job packs, and site access documents.
- Track installation progress and ensure documentation is completed and filed correctly.
- Coordinate permits or safety documents required for on-site work (e.g., RAMS – Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
Operational Support
- Understand industrial shutter systems, including high-speed doors, fire-rated shutters, and security roller shutters.
- Offer first-level technical support to clients and technicians over the phone.
- Assist technicians with logistical support or troubleshooting while on-site.
Inventory & Resource Management
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure parts, tools, and equipment are stocked and ready.
- Monitor inventory usage related to each job and flag reordering needs.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure installations adhere to industry regulations and internal safety procedures.
- Track technician training, PPE, and certification status (e.g., IPAF, PASMA, CSCS).
- Participate in safety briefings and site audits as needed.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate job completion and performance reports weekly/monthly.
- Monitor service KPIs (e.g., response time, job completion rate, customer satisfaction).
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and feedback loops.
- Assign technicians to specific projects based on scope, skill level, and location.
- Ensure timely delivery of all materials, tools, and machinery to job sites.
