About the position:

Aidey is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Associate. You will be trained and entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.


To excel as a Junior Talent Acquisition Associate, we expect you to gain experience in full-cycle recruitment over time. You should have a sharp eye for talented people, attention to detail, great communication skills, and huge motivation to excel in your position as well as a steady commitment to help candidates find success in our company.


Responsibilities:

· Source potential candidates on niche platforms

· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)

· Coordinate with the management to forecast goals and hiring needs

· Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

· Compose job offer letters

· Onboard new hires

· Identifying potential clients during interviews and reaching out to them via LinkedIn

· Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work

· Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

· Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

· No prior experience is required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training will be provided.

· Highly motivated and eager to learn the duties and competencies of different roles

· Willingness and ability to quickly understand the recruitment selection methods and techniques

· Hardworking, with a strong desire to excel in this role, and amenable to working long hours as needed

· Excellent communicator

· Great attention to detail

· Well-organized

· Experience in the use of social media and job boards such as LinkedIn is an ADVANTAGE

· Experience in full-cycle recruitment is an ADVANTAGE

Work Schedule:

· This is a full-time job in a permanent work-from-home setup. From Sunday to Thursday, 16:00-01:00 Manila time.
