The Automation Template Operator (ATO) ensures Creatify’s AI-powered video automation flows run smoothly and deliver high-quality outputs at scale. This role combines practical video editing knowledge with hands-on AI generation and template operations. You will select, run, and refine automation templates for client projects, troubleshoot issues, review outputs, and provide structured feedback that helps improve our automation systems.
This is a highly operational, detail-focused role, ideal for someone who loves working with video, enjoys leveraging AI tools, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality content efficiently.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run and operate Creatify’s video automation templates to generate large volumes of videos.
- Select the best-fit automation templates for each assigned project based on brief, format, and desired output.
- Review, revise, and refine automated video outputs to ensure they meet quality, brand, and storytelling standards.
- Identify and avoid template fatigue by choosing the right automation variants for each batch.
- Log success rates, issues, and quality observations for each automation run.
- Document errors, edge cases, and improvement opportunities for the automation team.
- Work closely with QA, editors, and automation engineers to improve template performance and reliability.
- Maintain an organized workflow to ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, post-production, creative operations, or AI-driven content creation.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Descript, CapCut templates, FCPX/AE templates).
- Strong eye for video quality, pacing, transitions, and consistency.
- Ability to spot and troubleshoot common automation or rendering issues.
- Comfortable working with structured templates, preset workflows, and iterative refinement processes.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in managing deadlines and output quality.
- Curiosity for AI-assisted creative production and process optimization.
