Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducts/ Performs manual physical counting of cylinders at ALPI customer's site. (move & handle cylinders).
• Physical inventory verification based on the Gideon's holding report at customer’s site.
• Fill-out/ Perform cylinder counting sheet (SC-FM-05) and request customer for signature approval.
• Report to Asset Management Coordinator (Marco Angelo Samar) immediately after the customer signature and send the document via email/messenger/Viber to correct the Gideons holdings system. If there's any discrepancy in Gideon's data vs actual inventory, customers will be subjected to investigation with the customer care before right off records.
• Ensure accurate data/ cylinder count on the provided form.
• Tracks and records cylinder assets of ALPI customers.
• Prepares/ submits Progress Report

Qualifications:

• HIGH SCHOOL Graduate
• Preferably with minimum 6 months working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Warehouse/ Inventory
• Legible penmanship/ handwriting
• Good attention to detail
• Organized to manage and track inventory count accurately.
• Good communication skills are needed to interact with Client and Client’s customers Field-work/ willing to travel to ALPI’s customer sites

Job Types: Fixed term, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php645.00 per day
