Metal Fabrication: Measure, cut, shape, and join metal components using welding, cutting, and grinding tools.
Welding Operations: Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Arc welding as required by project specifications
Structural Fabrication: Assemble, install, and align structural metal frameworks, including beams, platforms, and handrails.
Pipe Fabrication: Measure, cut, thread, and assemble piping systems using various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and PVC.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
Equipment Use and Maintenance: Operate and maintain fabrication tools and machinery such as grinders, drills, shears, and bending machines.
Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect fabricated parts for defects and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Installation Support: Collaborate with electricians, engineers, and other technicians during installation and commissioning activities.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE, and ensure a safe working environment.
Material Handling: Assist with receiving, organizing, and transporting raw materials and finished components on-site.
Repairs and Modifications: Perform on-site repairs, modifications, and adjustments to fabricated parts as needed.
