簡介

  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
  • Implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and company events
  • Recruitment Process Management: Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team in the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates
  • Onboarding and Integration: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employer Branding: Help promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment initiatives and events.
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team in building relationships with universities and other educational institutions to attract talent.


職位要求

  • Graduate of any relevant course of study
  • At least with 1 year of talent acquisition experience
  • Has good communication skills
  • Adaptability to change
  • Highly organized
  • Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig City
